TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board o:'Directors of the Texas Student.Housing Authority, an
instrumentality of the Town of Westlak,-, Texas, will meet at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October
23,2001, in the Westlake Boardroom of the Marriott Hotel, 5 Village Circle, Westlake, Texas.
The Board of Directors will consider th following agenda:
1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Review and approve minutes of the meeting held on September 25, 2001.
3. Consider approval of aceourrt management responsibility..
4. Consider any business that may lawfully come before the meeting.
5. Adjourn.
