TEXAS STUDENT HOUSING AUTHORITY
(AN INSTRUMENTALITY OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE)
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE,TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Texas Student Housing Authority, an
instrumentality of the Town of Westlake, Texas,will meet at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September
25,2001, in the Westlake Boardroom of the Marriott Hotel, 5 Village Circle, Westlake, Texas.
The Board of Directors will consider the following agenda:
1. Call the meeting to order.
2. EXECUTIVE SESSION:
The Board will conduct a closed session under Texas Government Code section
551.072 to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property.
3. Review and approve minutes of the meeting held on June 12, 2001.
4. Consider a Resolution to amend the bylaws to permit the program administrator to
have check writing authority and to make other changes regarding financial
administration.
5. Consider and take appropriate action regarding EO and General Liability insurance.
6. Consider any business that may lawfully come before the meeting.
7. Adjourn.

of Westlake, 3 Village Circle, Westlake, Texas, on Friday, September 21, 2001, at 5:00
p.m., under the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
