OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
TEXAS STUDENT HOUSING AUTHORITY
(AN INSTRUMENTALITY OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE)
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Texas Student Housing
Authority(TSHA), an instrumentality of the Town of Westlake, Texas, will meet at 6:00
p.m. on Tuesday, September 24,2002,in the Westlake Townhall, 3 Village Circle,
Westlake, Texas. The Board of Directors will consider the following agenda:
1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Presentation from JPI regarding budget amendments and contingency plans.
3. Consider and take appropriate action regarding budget amendment for 2002
school year.
4. EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Board will conduct a closed session under Texas Government Code
Section 551.072 to discuss the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real
property.
5. Reconvene into open session and take any necessary action regarding Item 44.
6. Review and approve minutes of the meetings held on August 27, 2002.
7. Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the publication of a Notice of Intent
to Issue Bonds and Related Matters.
8. Report from Program Administrator.
9. Consider and take appropriate action regarding bills.
10. Consider any business that may lawfully come before the meeting.
11. Adjourn.

of Westlake, 3 Village Circle, Suite 207, Westlake, Texas, on Friday, September 20,
