OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
TEXAS STUDENT HOUSING AUTHORITY
(AN INSTRUMENTALITY OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE)
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Texas Student Housing
Authority (TSHA), an instrumentality of the Town of Westlake, Texas, will meet at 6:30
p.m. on Tuesday,August 27,2002, in the Westlake Townhall, 3 Village Circle,
Westlake, Texas, The Board of Directors will consider the following agenda:
1. Call the meeting to order.
2. EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Board will conduct a closed session under Texas Government Code
Section 551.072 to discuss the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real
property.
3. Reconvene into open session and take any necessary action regarding Item 42.
4. Review and approve minutes of the meetings held on July 23, 2002, and July
30, 2002.
5. Update Board members on payments made to all consultants.
6. Matters relating to the Acquisition and Management of a Student Housing
Project located in Austin, Texas.
7. Matters relating to the Acquisition and Management and/or the Financing of a
Student Housing Project located in Lubbock, Texas.
8. Authorization of the Publication of a Notice of Intent to Issue Bonds to
acquire a Student Housing Project located in Lubbock, Texas.
9. Report from Program Administrator.
10. Consider and take appropriate action regarding bills.
11. Consider any business that may lawfully come before the meeting.
12. Adjourn.

I certify that the above notice was posted on the front door of the Town Hall of the Town
of Westlake, 3 Village Circle, Suite 207, Westlake, Texas, on Friday, August 23, 2002, at
5:00 p.m., under the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
