OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
TEXAS STUDENT HOUSING AUTHORITY
(AN INSTRUMENTALITY OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE)
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Texas Student Housing
Authority (TSHA), an instrumentality of the Town of Westlake, Texas, will meet at 6:00
p.m. on Tuesday, July 23,2002, in the Southlake Boardroom in the Marriott Hotel, 5
Village Circle, Westlake, Texas. The Board of Directors will consider the following
agenda:
1. Call the meeting to order.
2. EXECUTIVE SESSION:
A. The Board will conduct a closed session under Texas Government Code
section 551.071 to seek advice of counsel on legal matters involving
contemplated litigation.
B. The Board will conduct a closed session under Texas Government Code
section 551.074 to discuss personnel matters.
C. The Board will conduct a closed session under Texas Government Code
section 551.072 to discuss the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real
property.
3. Review and approve minutes of the meetings held on June 25, 2002.
4. Report from Program Administrator.
5. Discuss and take appropriate action regarding suggested committees.

7. Consider any business that may lawfully come before the meeting.
8. Adjourn.

of Westlake, 3 Village Circle, Suite 207, Westlake, Texas, on Friday, July 19, 2002, at
5:00 p.m., under the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
