TEXAS STUDENT HOUSING AUTHORITY
(AN INSTRUMENTALITY OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE)
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Texas Student Housing
Authority(TSHA), an instrumentality of the Town of Westlake, Texas, will meet at 7;00
p.m. on Tuesday,June 11, 2002,in the Southlake Boardroom of the Marriott Solana, 5
Village Circle, Westlake, Texas. The Board of Directors will consider the following
agenda:
1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Review and approve minutes of the meetings held on April 23, 2002.
3. Report from Program Administrator.
4. Discuss and take appropriate action regarding remaining scholarship.
5. Consider any business that may lawfully come before the meeting.
6. Adjourn.

I certify that the above notice was posted on the front door of the Town Hall of the Town
of Westlake, 3 Village Circle, Suite 207, Westlake, Texas, on Friday, June 7, 2002, at
5:00 p.m., under the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
