WHEREAS, Currently, a several vacancies exist on the Texas Student Housing Authority; and WHEREAS, the Town Council has received three (3) applications for consideration of appointment; and WHEREAS, the meeting at which this Resolution was considered was open to the public as required by law, and public notice of the time, place, and subject of the meeting has been given in accordance with Chapter 551,Government Code. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE,TEXAS: SECTION 1: That, all matters stated in the Recitals hereinabove are found to be true and correct and are incorporated herein by reference as if copied in their entirety.
