OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
TEXAS STUDENT HOUSING AUTHORITY
(AN INSTRUMENTALITY OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE)
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Texas Student Housing
Authority (TSFIA), an instrumentality of the Town of Westlake, Texas, will meet at 7:00
p.m. on Tuesday, April 23,2002, in the Southlake Boardroom of the Marriott Solana, 5
Village Circle, Westlake, Texas. The Board of Directors will consider the following
agenda:
I. Call the meeting to order.
2. Review and approve minutes of the meetings held on March 26, 2002.
3. Report from Program Administrator.
4. Consider a request by JPI for a replat of Jefferson Commons—Ballpark.
5. Review applications and award scholarships for 2002 to UT in Austin.
6. Consider any business that may lawfully come before the meeting.
7. Adjourn.

I certify that the above notice was posted on the front door of the Town Hall of the Town
of Westlake, 3 Village Circle, Suite 207, Westlake, Texas, on Friday, April 19, 2002, at
5:00 p.m., under the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
