OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
TEXAS STUDENT HOUSING AUTHORITY
(AN INSTRUMENTALITY OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE)
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Texas Student Housing
Authority (TSHCA, an instrumentality of the Town of Westlake, Texas, will meet at 7:00
p.m. on Tuesday, January 29, 2002, in the Southlake Boardroom of the Marriott
Solana, 5 Village Circle, Westlake, Texas. The Board of Directors will consider the
following agenda:
1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Review and approve minutes of the meetings held on November 27, 2001 and
December 20, 2001.
3. Consider adopting a logo for the Texas Student Housing Projects.
4. Consideration of matters relating to the acquisition and financing of Student
Housing Facilities,
5. Report from Program Administrator.
6. Consider any business that may lawfully come before the meeting.
7. Adjourn.

I certify that the above notice was posted on the front door of the Town Hall of the Town
of Westlake, 3 Village Circle, Suite 207, Westlake, Texas, on Friday, January 25, 2002, at
5:00 p.m., under the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
