OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
TEXAS STUDENT HOUSING AUTHORITY
(AN INSTRUMENTALITY OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE)
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Texas Student Housing
Authority (TSHA), an instrumentality of the Town of Westlake, Texas, will meet at 5:30
p.m. on Tuesday,November 18,2003, in the Westlake Townhall, 2650 J.T. Ottinger
Road, Westlake, Texas. The Board of Directors will consider the following agenda:
1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Hear presentation by Asset Campus Housing.
3. Review and approve minutes of the following meetings: Texas Student
Housing Authority, Texas Student Housing - San Marcos Project and Texas
Student Housing -Denton Project held on November 6, 2003 and Texas
Student Housing- College Station Project, Texas Student Housing
Corporation, Texas Student Housing-MSU Project, Texas Charter School
Corporation—New Frontiers Charter School,Inc. and Texas Charter School
Corporation—LTTS Charter School, Inc. all held on August 5, 2003.
4. Consider and take any necessary action on the audit for Jefferson Commons at
the Ballpark.
5. Report from Executive Director.
6. Report from the Finance Manager.
7. Take any necessary action regarding Item 46 or 7.
8. Consider and take any action appropriate to effect the proper management and
operation of the projects owned by the Texas Student Housing Entities.
9. Consider and take any necessary action regarding bills and other financial
matters.
10. Consider any business that may lawfully come before the meeting.
11. Adjourn_

of Westlake, 2650 J.T. Ottinger Road; Westlake, Texas, on Friday, November 14, 2003,
at 5:00 p.m., under the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
