OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
TEXAS STUDENT HOUSING AUTHORITY
(AN INSTRUMENTALITY OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE)
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Texas Student Housing
Authority(TSHA), an instrumentality of the Town of Westlake, Texas, will meet at 5:30
p.m. on Thursday, November b,2003,in the Westlake Townhall, 2650 J.T. Ottinger
Road, Westlake, Texas. The Board of Directors will consider the following agenda:
1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Review and approve corrected minutes of the meeting held on August 5, 2003
and the minutes of the meeting held on September 16, 2003.
3. Consider and take any necessary action on the audit for Jefferson Commons at
the Ballpark.
4. Report from Executive Director.
5. Take any necessary action regarding Item 44.
6. Consider and take any necessary action on the budget for Jefferson Commons
at the Ballpark.
7. Consider and take any necessary action on the budget for Townlake.
8. Consider and take any necessary action on the budget for The Cambridge at
College Station.
9. Consider and take any action appropriate to effect the proper management and
operation of the projects owned by the Texas Student Housing Entities.
10. Consider and take any necessary action regarding bills and other financial
matters.
11. Consider any business that may lawfully come before the meeting.
12. Adjourn.

I certify that the above notice was posted on the front door of the Town Hall of the Town
of Westlake, 2650 J.T. Ottinger Road, Westlake, Texas, on Monday, November 3, 2003,
at 5:00 p.m., under the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
