OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
TEXAS STUDENT HOUSING AUTHORITY
(AN INSTRUMENTALITY OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE)
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Texas Student Housing
Authority(TSHA), an instrumentality of the Town of Westlake, Texas, will meet at 5:34
p.m. on Tuesday, September 16, 2003,in the Westlake Townhall, 3 Village Circle,
Westlake, Texas. The Board of Directors will consider the following agenda:
1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Hear presentation and take appropriate action regarding the audits for the
Ballpark Project and the San Marcos Project.
3. Review and approve minutes of the meetings held on August 5, 2003.
4. Report from Executive Director.
5. Consider and take any necessary action regarding insurance matters.
6. Consider and take any necessary action regarding bills and other financial
matters.
7. Consider any business that may lawfully come before the meeting.
8. Adjourn.

I certify that the above notice was posted on the front door of the Town Hall of the Town
of Westlake, 3 Village Circle, Suite 207, Westlake, Texas, on Friday, September 12,
2003, at 5:00 p.m., under the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government
Code.
