OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
TEXAS STUDENT HOUSING AUTHORITY
(AN INSTRUMENTALITY OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE)
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE,TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Texas Student Housing
Authority, an instrumentality of the Town of Westlake, Texas, will meet at 5:30 p.m. on
Monday, August 30, 2004, in the Westlake Town Hall, 2650 J.T. Ottinger Road,
Westlake, Texas. The Board of Directors will consider the following agenda:
1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Review and approve minutes of the meetings of the Texas Student Housing
Authority, Texas Student Housing-Denton Project and the Texas Student
Housing-San Marcos project held on July 29, 2004.
3. Executive Director's report.
4. Finance Director's report.
5. Take any necessary action concerning items 4 3 & 4.
6. Consider and take any appropriate action regarding the FY 2004-05 budget for
TSHA.
7. Review and take any necessary action regarding bills.
8. Consider any business that may lawfully come before the meeting.
9. Adjourn.

I certify that the above notice was posted at the Town Hall of the Town of Westlake,
2650 J.T. Ottinger Road, Westlake, Texas, on Friday, August 27, 2004, at 5:00 p.m.,
under the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
