POF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
TEXAS STUDENT HOUSING AUTHORITY
(AN INSTRUMENTALITY OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE)
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Texas Student Housing
Authority, an instrumentality of the Town of Westlake, Texas, will meet at 5:30 p.m. on
Thursday, July 29,2004, in the Westlake Town Hall, 2650 J.T. Ottinger Road,
Westlake, Texas. The Board of Directors will consider the following agenda:
1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Review and approve minutes of the meeting held on July 19, 2004.
3. Consider and take any appropriate action regarding the FY 2004-05 budget for
Ballpark.
4. Consider and take any appropriate action regarding the FY 2004-05 budget for
Town Lake.
5. Consider and take any appropriate action regarding the FY 2004-05 budget for the
Cambridge.
6. Review and take any necessary action regarding bills.
7. Consider Denton Project Management and Indenture.
8. Consider any business that may lawfully come before the meeting.
9. Adjourn.

of Westlake, 2650 J,T. Ottinger Road, Westlake, Texas, on Friday, July 26, 2004, at 5:00
p.m., under the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
