OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
TEXAS STUDENT HOUSING AUTHORITY
(AN INSTRUMENTALITY OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE)
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE,TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Texas Student Housing
Authority(TSHA), an instrumentality of the Town of Westlake, Texas, will meet at 4:15
p.m. on Thursday,June 26, 2003, in the Westlake Townhall, 3 Village Circle,
Westlake, Texas. The Board of Directors will consider the following agenda:
1. Call the meeting to order.
2. EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Board will conduct a closed session under Texas Government Code
Section 551.072 to discuss the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real
property.
3. Reconvene into open session and take any necessary action regarding Item#2.
4. Consider a Resolution authorizing the purchase of one or more Student
Housing Projects.
5. Review and approve minutes of the meeting held on May 22, 200').
6. Report from Executive Director.
7. Consider and take any necessary action regarding the upgrade of some of the
incremental scholarships previously awarded and delegating authority to the
Executive Director to determine which ones to upgrade.
8. Consider and take any necessary action regarding how many hours a student
must take to be considered for scholarship renewal_
9. Discuss and take appropriate action regarding the reception for students and
parents.
10. Consider and take appropriate action regarding bills and other financial
matters.
11. Consider any business that may lawfully come before the meeting.
12. Adjourn.

of Westlake, 3 Village Circle, Suite 207, Westlake, Texas, on Monday, June 23, 2003, at
5:00 p.m., under the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
