OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
TEXAS STUDENT HOUSING AUTHORITY
(AN INSTRUMENTALITY OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE)
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Texas Student Housing
Authority(TSHA), an instrumentality of the Town of Westlake, Texas, will meet at 5:30
p.m. on Monday, April 21,2003, in the Westlake Townhall, 3 Village Circle, Westlake,
Texas. The Board of Directors will consider the following agenda:
1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Present plaque to Annette Bush in appreciation of her service on the Board.
3. Short presentation from representatives of JPI.
4, Consider an take appropriate action regarding a request from JPI to cross
market the Town Lake property at the Ballpark.
5. Consider and take appropriate action regarding proposed budget for Jefferson
Commons at the Ballpark..
b. EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Board will conduct a closed session under Texas Government Code
Section 551.072 to discuss the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real
property.
7. Reconvene into open session and take any necessary action regarding Item#b.
S. Receive an update on the Capstone property in Austin and take any necessary
action.
9. Review and approve minutes of the meetings held on March 31, 2003.
10. Report from Executive Director.
11. Consider and take any necessary action regarding financial matters.
12. Review applications and award incremental scholarships to Jefferson
Cominons at the Ballpark in Austin for school year 2003-04.
13. Review applications and award incremental scholarships to the Cambridge at
College Station for school year 2003-04.
14. Consider and take appropriate action regarding bills.
15. Consider any business that may lawfully come before the meeting.
16. Adjourn.

of Westlake, 3 Village Circle, Suite 207, Westlake, Texas, on Friday, April 18, 2003, at
5:00 p.m., under the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
