NOTICE OF MEETING
OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
TEXAS STUDENT HOUSING AUTHORITY
(AN INSTRUMENTALITY OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE)
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Texas Student Housing
Authority, an instrumentality of the Town of Westlake, Texas, will meet at 5:30 p.m. on
Tuesday, January 18, 2005, in the Westlake Town Hall, 2650 J.T. Ottinger Road,
Westlake, Texas. The Board of Directors will consider the following agenda:
1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Review and approve minut es of the meeting of the Texas Student Housing
Authority and the Texas Student Housing-Denton Project held on October 26,
2004.
3. Executive Director’s report.
4. Finance Director’s report.
5. Take any necessary actio n concerning items # 3 & 4.
6. Discuss the Community College initiative.
7. Discuss Town Lake property management.
8. Discuss Denton property management issues.
9. Review and take any necessary action regarding bills.
10. Consider any business that may lawfully come before the meeting.
11. Adjourn.

I certify that the above notice was posted at the Town Hall of the Town of Westlake,
2650 J.T. Ottinger Road, Westlake, Texas, on Friday, January 14, at 5:00 p.m., under the
Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
