TEXAS STUDENT HOUSING CORPORATION—SAN MARCOS PROJECT
(AN INSTRUMENTALITY OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE)
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Texas Student Housing
Corporation—San Marcos Project, an instrumentality of the Town of Westlake, Texas,
will meet in an organizational meeting at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday,December 16,2000 in
the Westlake Town Hall, 3 Village Circle, Suite 207, Westlake, Texas. The Board of
Directors will consider the following agenda:
1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Consideration of new projects and take any appropriate action.
3. Adjourn.
CERTIFICATION
I certify that the above notice was posted on the front door of the Town Hall of the Town
of Westlake, 3 Village Circle, Suite 207, Westlake, Texas, on Wednesday, December 13,
2000, at 9:00 a.m., under the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government
Code.
