TEXAS STUDENT HOUSING CORPORATION--SAN MARCOS PROJECT
(AN INSTRUMENTALITY OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE)
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Texas Student Housing
Corporation—San Marcos Project (TSHC-SMP), an instrumentality of the Town of
Westlake, Texas, will meet at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 24, 2002, in the
Westlake Town Hall, 3 Village Circle, Westlake, Texas. The Board of Directors will
consider the following agenda:
1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Presentation from 7PI regarding budget amendments and contingency plans.
3. Consider and take appropriate action regarding budget amendments for 2002
school year.
4. Review and approve minutes of the meeting held on August 27, 2002.
5. Report from Program Administrator.
6. Consider and take appropriate action regarding bills.
7. Consider any business that may lawfully come before the meeting.

of Westlake, 3 Village Circle, Suite 207, Westlake, Texas, on Friday, September 20,
2002, at 5:00 p.m., under the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government
