TEXAS STUDENT HOUSING CORPORATION— SAN MARCOS PROJECT
(AN INSTRUMENTALITY OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE)
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE,TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Texas Student Housing
Corporation—San Marcos Project (TSHC-SMP), an instrumentality of the Town of
Westlake, Texas, will meet at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday,August 5, 2003, in the Westlake
Town Hall, 3 Village Circle, Westlake, Texas. The Board of Directors will consider the
following agenda:
1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Consider and take any necessary action regarding the proposed budget for
Jefferson Commons.
3. Review and approve minutes of the meeting held on May 22, 2043.
4. Report from Executive Director.
5. Consider and take appropriate action regarding bills and other financial
matters.
6. Consider an Inter-Entity Agreement among the Texas Student Housing
Entities.
7. Consider any business that may lawfully come before the meeting.
8. Adjourn.
CERTIFICATION
I certify that the above notice was posted on the front door of the Town Hall of the
Town of Westlake, 3 Village Circle, Westlake, Texas, on Friday, August 1, 2003,
at 5:00 p.m., under the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government
Code.
