TEXAS STUDENT HOUSING CORPORATION—SAN MARCOS PROJECT
(AN INSTRUMENTALITY OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE)
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Texas Student Housing
Corporation— San Marcos Project (TSHC-SMP), an instrumentality of the Town of
Westlake, Texas, will meet at 6:30 pm. on Tuesday,June 25,2002, in the Westlake
Townhall, 3 Village Circle, Westlake, Texas. The Board of Directors will consider the
following agenda:
1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Review and approve minutes of the meeting held on June 11, 2002.
3. Consider and take appropriate action regarding bills.
4. Report from Program Administrator.
5. Consider any business that may lawfully come before the meeting.
6. Adjourn.

I certify that the above notice was posted on the front door of the Town Hall of the Town
of Westlake, 3 Village Circle, Suite 207, Westlake, Texas, on Friday, June 21, 2002, at
5:00 p.m., under the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
