(AN INSTRUMENTALITY OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE)
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Texas Student Housing
Corporation—San Marcos Project(TSHC-SMP), an instrumentality of the Town of
Westlake, Texas, will meet at£.30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 11, 2002. in the Southlake
Boardroom of the Marriott Solana, 5 Village Circle, Westlake, Texas_ The Board of
Directors will consider the following agenda:
1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Review and approve minutes of the meeting held on April 23. 2002.
3. Report from Program Administrator.
4. Consider an take appropriate action on memo from Allen Moon regarding
attorney's fees.
5. Consider any business that may lawfully come before the meeting.
6. Adjourn.

of Westlake, 3 Village Circle, Suite 207, Westlake, Texas, on Friday, June 7, 2002, at
