TEXAS STUDENT HOUSING CORPORATION—SAN MARCOS PROJECT
(AN INSTRUMENTALITY OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE)
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Texas Student Housing
Corporation— San Marcos Project, an instrumentality of the Town of Westlake, Texas,
will meet in an organizational meeting at 6:30 p.m. on Monday,May 7,2001, in the
Westlake Boardroom of the Marriott Hotel, 5 Village Circle, Westlake, Texas. The
Board of Directors will consider the following agenda:
1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Approve minutes for the meeting held on March 19, 2001.
3. Hear report on San Marcos property. Trent Petty and Mary Ellen Ewing
4. Consider any business that may lawfully come before the meeting.
5. Adj ourn.

I certify that the above notice was posted on the front door of the Town Hall of the Town
of Westlake, 3 Village Circle, Suite 207, Westlake, Texas, on Friday, May 4, 2001, at
6:00 p.m., under the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
