TEXAS STUDENT HOUSING CORPORATION— SAN MARCOS PROJECT
(AN INSTRUMENTALITY OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE)
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Texas Student Housing
Corporation— San Marcos Project(TSHC-SMP), an instrumentality of the Town of
Westlake, Texas, will meet at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, April 21,2003, in the Westlake
Town Hall, 3 Village Circle, Westlake, Texas. The Board of Directors will consider the
following agenda:
1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Short presentation by representatives of JPI.
3. Review and approve minutes of the meeting held on March 31, 2003.
4. Report from Executive Director.
5. Consider and take any necessary action regarding financial matters.
6. Review applications and award incremental scholarships to Jefferson
Commons in San Marcos for school year 2003-04.
7. Consider and take appropriate action regarding bills.
8. Consider any business that may lawfully come before the meeting.
9. Adjourn.

of Westlake, 3 Village Circle, Suite 207, Westlake, Texas, on Friday, April 18, 2003, at
5:00 p.m., under the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
