TEXAS STUDENT HOUSING CORPORATION— SAN MARCOS PROJECT
(AN INSTRUMENTALITY OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE)
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Texas Student Housing
Corporation—San Marcos Project (TSHC-SMP), an instrumentality of the Town of
Westlake, Texas, will meet at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, March 31, 2003, in the Westlake
Town Hail, 3 Village Circle, Westlake, Texas. The Board of Directors will consider the
following agenda:
1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Review and approve minutes of the meeting held on February 27, 2003 and
March 10, 2003.
3, Report from Executive Director.
4. Consider renewal of students who currently hold scholarships.
5. Review applications and award scholarships to SWT for school year 2003-04.
6. Consider and take appropriate action regarding bills.
7. Consider any business that may lawfully come before the meeting.
8. Adjourn.

of Westlake, 3 Village Circle, Suite 207, Westlake, Texas, on Friday, March 28, 2003, at
5:00 p.m., under the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
