TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Texas Student Housing
Corporation— San Marcos Project (TSHCSMP), an instrumentality of the Town of
Westlake, Texas, will meet at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, March 15,2004, in the Westlake
Town Hall, 2650 J.T. Ottinger Road, Westlake, Texas. The Board of Directors will
consider the following agenda:
1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Discuss and take any appropriate action regarding a new management
agreement and property manager and any related matters.
3. Report from the Executive Director.
4. Consider any business that may lawfully come before the meeting.
5. Adjourn.

I certify that the above notice was posted on the front door of the Town Hall of the Town
of Westlake, 3 Village Circle, Suite 207, Westlake, Texas, on Friday, March 12, 2004, at
5:00 p.m., under the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
