TEXAS STUDENT HOUSING CORPORATION—SAN MARCOS PROJECT
(AN INSTRUMENTALITY OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE)
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE,TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Texas Student Housing
Corporation—San Marcos Project (TSHC-SMP), an instrumentality of the Town of
Westlake, Texas, will meet at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, March 10,2003, in the Westlake
Town Hall, 3 Village Circle, Westlake, Texas. The Board of Directors will consider the
following agenda:
1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Consideration of the approval of the appointment of an Executive Director and
approval of the terms of the Executive Director's Employment Contract.
3. Adj ourn.

I certify that the above notice was posted on the front door of the Town Hall of the Town
of Westlake, 3 Village Circle, 'Suite 207, Westlake, Texas, on Friday, March 7, 2003, at
5:00 p.m., under the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
