BACKGROUND The P&Z and Board of Aldermen have approved a new zoning category called Residential Airpark Zoning. Forty one properties in Stagecoach Hills have chosen to be part of a multi-property zoning effort initiated by the Town to change their current RI zoning to the new RA zoning category. A joint public hearing should be opened for all the properties requesting zoning. Following public comment and the closing of the public hearing, the P&Z may by motion and vote approve or deny the rezoning request for all properties rather than taking a separate vote on each property. The attached map illustrates all properties that have chosen to be a part of this zoning case. Two platted tracts, Lot 18 and 20A, will need to be tabled at this meeting and presented at the August P&Z meeting since the street address was incorrectly listed in the legal notification. Per legal advice, we should republish and take appropriate action at the next meeting.
