Prior to the hiring of a Town Manager the Mayor and
Town Council contracted with consultants for most
Planning and Development related services.

∗Code of Ordinances approved.
Resulted in a scattering of many of the elements of the
UDC into various sections of the Code of Ordinances.

∗2003 Established Homestead Property Tax Exemption
∗2010 Established the first Property Tax rate

The Regional Mall was intended to be located on Circle
T property but the project was put on hold and
eventually postponed indefinitely.
