Resulted in a scattering of many of the elements of the UDC into various sections of the Code of Ordinances. 2002 ∗2003 Established Homestead Property Tax Exemption ∗2010 Established the first Property Tax rate 2003 and 2010 ∗Regional Mall zoning approved The Regional Mall was intended to be located on Circle T property but the project was put on hold and eventually postponed indefinitely. 2004 ∗Stagecoach Hill subdivision annexed into the Town of Westlake 2005 ∗Fidelity Phase 2 zoning approved ∗Terra Bella subdivision zoning approved 2007 ∗Deloitte University zoning approved 2008 ∗Gas Well ordinance approved ∗Water Well regulations amended to allow approval without an SUP. 2009 ∗First Gas Well Pad Site permit approved 2011 ∗PD1 divided into three Planning Areas (PD1-1 is the Solana Office Park) ∗PD 1-2 Entrada zoning approved ∗PD 1-2 Granada zoning approved 2013 ∗Latest Comprehensive Plan approved ∗Including: ∗Master Thoroughfare Plan ∗Master Land Use Plan ∗Master Parks, Open Space and Trail Plan Along with sections relating to Town Design Structure, Facilities and Municipal Buildings, Storm Water and Water Conservation, Housing, and Economic Development. 2015 ∗Ordinances supporting the adopted Comp Plan ∗Annexation of Kennel Property on Pearson Road ∗Entrada Design Guidelines and numerous PD Site Plans ∗PD 1-1 amendments to create additional Planning Areas and PD Site Plans 2015 / 2016
