MINUTES OF THE MEETING
OF THE ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
June 12, 2002

Absent: Don Redding, Chairman
Item #1: Mr. Held called the meeting to order at 4:01 p.m. by announcing a quorum.
Item #2; Consider application V-02-03 filed by W.B. Texas Resort Communities requesting a variance
regarding the time restriction on a temporary structure. David Rhoades addressed the Board representing the
applicant. After a short question and answer session, Mr. Sparrow made a motion to approve the variance
request for a two year time period with a one year extension if necessary. The motion was seconded by Mr.
Frey. There was no discussion and the motion carried unanimously.
Item #3: Motion by Mr. Frey, seconded by Mr. Brown, to adjourn. The motion c ied unanimously and the
meeting adjourned at 4:07 p.m.
