OF THE ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
June 11, 2001

Item 91: Mr. Redding called the meeting to order at 6:53 p.m. by announcing a quorum.
Item #2: Consider terminating the legal non -conforming use of Kennel Kare, Inc., located at 2205 Pearson
Lane. After a brief explanation by Mr. Lowry there was a motion by Mr. Frey, seconded by Mr. Brown, to
authorize the commencement of terminating the legal non -conforming use known as Kennel Kare, located at
2205 Pearson Lane, to authorize the Town Manager to hire all necessary consultants and to authorize the
Town Attorney to issue all subpoenas on behalf of the Board of Zoning Adjustment. There was no
cliscussion and the motion carried unanimously.
uem 43: Motion by Mr. Held, seconded by Mr. Frey, to adjourn. The motion -carried unanimously and the
meeting adjourned at 6:55 p.m.'
