NOTICE OF MEETING
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Town of Westlake,Texas, will meet
at 6:45 p.m. on Monday,December 13,2004, in the Boardroom located at 2650 J.T. Ottinger Road, in
the Town of Westlake, Texas. The Board will consider the following agenda:
1. Meeting called to order and announce a quorum.
2. Review and approve minutes of the meeting held on September 27, 2004.
3. Conduct a Public Hearing and take any appropriate action regarding an application filed by Scott
and Kelly Bradley to extend a variance to the time restrictions on a temporary structure located at
10 Paigebrooke Lane.
4. Adjournment.

Road, Westlake, Texas,on Friday,December 10, 2004, at 5:00 p.m.,under the Open Meetings Act,

MINUTES OF THE MEETING
OF THE ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
September 27, 2004
Present: Don Redding, Chairman
Buddy Brown, Member
Bill Frey, Member
Larry Sparrow, Member
Trent Petty, Town Manager
Matthew Boyle, Assistant Town Attorney
Ginger Crosswy, Town Secretary
Absent: Fred Held, Member
Item #1: Chairman Redding called the meeting to order at 6:38 p.m. by announcing a quorum, consisting
of Mr. Brown, Mr. Frey, Mr. Sparrow and himself.
- ` Item 42: Review and approve the minutes of the meetings held on August 9, 2004. There was a motion
by Mr. Sparrow,-.seconded by'Mr: Brown, to approve the minutes as presented. There was no discussion
and the motion carried unanimously.

Rescue Mr: _Petty told the Board that when this variance was granted two years ago it was the Town's
intention- to °lia. permanent structure in place by this time, but this has not been possible so the Town
is �e tion- ng the: ariance be exiended for two more years. The Public Hearing was opened at 6:41 p.m.
and since.no one - wished to - address the Board on this issue was immediately closed. After a short
discussion of this item there: was a motion by Mr. Frey, seconded by Mr. Brown, to approve a two year
extention to_this -variance to alleviate a hardship. There was no further discussion and the motion carried
unanimously.
Item 94: There was a motion by Mr. Sparrow, seconded by Mr. Brown, to adjourn. There was no
discussion and the motion carried unanimously.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:44 p.m.
