NOTICE OF MEETING
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Town of Westlake,
Texas, will meet at 6:45 p.m. on Monday, December 13, 2004, in the Boardroom
located at 2650 J.T. Ottinger Road, in the Town of Westlake, Texas. The Board will
consider the following agenda:
1. Meeting called to order and announce a quorum.
2. Review and approve minutes of the meeting held on September 27, 2004.
3. Conduct a Public Hearing and take any appropriate action regarding an
application filed by Scott and Kelly Bradley to extend a variance to the time
restrictions on a temporary structure located at 10 Paigebrooke Lane.
4. Adjournment.

I certify that the above notice was posted at the Town Hall of the Town of Westlake,
2650 J.T. Ottinger Road, Westlake, Texas, on Friday, December 10, 2004, at 5:00 p.m.,
under the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
