NOTICE OF MEETING
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Town of Westlake,
Texas, will meet at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, August 9, 2004, in the Board room located at
2650 J.T. Ottinger Road, in the Town of Westlake, Texas for a workshop. The Board
will consider the following agenda:
1. Call the regular meeting to order and announce a quorum.
2. Review and approve minutes of the regular meeting held on March 16, 2004.
3. Conduct a Public Hearing and take any appropriate action regarding an
application filed by Diego's Restaurant requesting a variance to the Town's sign
standards.
4. Adjournment.

I certify that the above notice was posted at the Town Hall of the Town of Westlake,
2650 J.T. Ottinger Road, Westlake, Texas, on Friday, August 6, 2004, at 5:00 p.m., under
the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
