NOTICE OF MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Tovlri of Westlake, Texas will hold
a public hearing at :30 p.m. on Monday, October 22, 2001, at the Westlake Town Hall, 3 Village Circle,
Suite 207, Solana, in the Town of Westlake, T("Aas, to consider the followin; agenda
1. Meeting called to order and announce a quorum.
2. Review and approve minutes of the regular meeting held on June 14, 8001.
3. Conduct a Public Hearing to consider as Ordinance amending Articl;:: X1, Planned Development
Regulations, Section 2.3, PD Site Plans, G, Variances and Section 2.4., imendment of Plans; and
amending the Circle T Planned Develop. nent Zoning District Supplen lent of the Unified
Development Code, Article I, General R-ovisions, Section 3. 1, PD Co:nc:ept Plan, Section 3.4, PD Site
Plans; Article VII, Development Standards.
4. Conduct a Public Hearing to consider aiil Ordinance amending the C reprehensive Zoning Ordinance
by amending the Circle T Planned Deve_opment Zoning District Supplement Ordinance Article VII,
Special Development Standards by adding Section 28, Permitted Use 'cable Supplement.
5. Conduct a Public Hearing to consider a Resolution approving a Specific Use Permit filed by W. B.
Texas Resort Communities, L.P. in orde to apply for a State of Texas liquor license.
