Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Westlake, Texas will hold
a public hearing at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 8, 2001, at the Westlake Town Hall, 3 Village
Circle, Suite 207, Solana, in the Town of Westlake, Texas, to consider the following agenda
1. Meeting called to order and announce a quorum.
2. Review and approve minutes of the regular meeting held on October 22, 2001.
3. Conduct a Public Hearing to consider an Ordinance amending Article XI, Planned Development
Regulations, Section 2.3, PD Site Plans, G, Variances and Section 2.4, Amendment of Plans; and
amending the Circle T Planned Development Zoning District Supplement of the Unified
Development Code, Article I, General Provisions, Section 3. 1, PD Concept Plan, Section 3.4, PD Site
Plans; Article VII, Development Standards.
4. Adj ournment.
