TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Westlake, Texas
will hold a meeting at 7,00 p.m on Tuesday,March 2, 1999,at the Westlake Town Hall, 3 Village
Circle, Suite 207, Solana,in the Town of Westlake,Texas,to consider the following agenda:
1. Meeting called to order.
2. PUBLIC HEARING concerning a preliminary plat filed by Warren/Clark Development for
the property located at 1650 W. Dove Road, approximately 2100 feet west of Sam School
Road, adjacent to Dove Road.
3. Consider and take action on a preliminary plat filed by Warren/Clark Development for the
property located at 1650 W. Dove Road, approximately 2100 feet west of Sam School Road,
adjacent to Dove Road.
4. Adjournment
