Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Westlake, Texas
will hold a meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday,January 7, 1999, at the Westlake Town Hall, 3
Village Circle, Suite 207, Solana, in the Town of Westlake, Texas,to consider the following agenda:
1. Meeting called to order.
2. PUBLIC HEARING to consider an amended site plan to include a parking lot expansion at
Campus Circle, within Planned Development District-PD 1, filed by Maguire Partners.
3. Consider and take action on an amended site plan to include a parking lot expansion at Campus
Circle, within Planned Development District-PD 1, filed by Maguire Partners.
4. Discussion of scheduling regular meeting times.
5. Adjourn
