Notice is hereby given that there will be a Public Hearing and meeting held at 7:30 p. ,;`
can Tuesday, September 2 1997;`at the Westlake Town Hall, 3 Village Circle, Suite 207,
Westlake, Texas, to consider the following items:
1. Meeting called to order.
2. Receive update from the Town Attorney as to the role of a Planning and
Zoning Commissioner.
3. Receive update from the Town Planner as to the status of the updating of the
Town's unified development code.
4. Adjourn.
