NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND MEETING
OF THE
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that there will be a public workshop held at 4:00 p.m. on Friday
October 11, 1996, at the Westlake Town Hall, 3 Village Circle, Suite 207, Westlake,
Texas, addressing the concerns of the property owners of the Town of Westlake regarding
the following items. Also the Public Hearing and Meeting of the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the Town of Westlake, Texas, scheduled for 6:00 p.m. on September 30,
1996 will reconvene at this time to consider the following revisions to the Westlake
Unified Development Code:
1. Amendments to Article XIII "Platting" including provisions for public
improvements, drainage and floodplain requirements; and
2. Amendments to Article XIV including changes to the Planned Development
("PD") District requirements.

of Westlake, 3 Village Circle, Suite 207, Solana, Westlake, Texas, on Monday, October
7, 1996 at 10:00 a.m. under the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas
Government Code.
