TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice if hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of
Westlake, Texas, will conduct a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, September 16,
1996 at the Westlake Town Hall, 3 Village Circle, Suite 207, Solana, in the Town of
Westlake, Texas to consider the following revisions to the Westlake Unified
Development Code:
1. Amendments to Article XIII "Platting" including provisions for public
improvements, drainage and floodplain requirements; and
2. Amendments to Article XIV including changes to the Planned Development
("PD") District requirements.

of Westlake, 3 Village Circle, Suite 207, Solana, Westlake, Texas, on Friday, September
