NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND MEETING
OF THE
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Westlake, Texas will conduct a
public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, August 5, 1996 at the Westlake Town Hall, 3
Village Circle, Suite 207, Solana, in the Town of Westlake, Texas, concerning a request
by Maguire-Thomas Partners for a variance from the sign ordinance to permit PrimeCo to
install a logo sign of 29.4 square feet with letters of 2 feet, 6 inches in height, on the
exterior of 6 Campus Circle, Solana, Westlake, Texas, in accordance with the drawings
prepared by Debra Nichols Design. Thereafter, the Board will meet in open session to
consider whether or not to recommend to the Board of Aldermen that the variance be
granted.
