NOTICE OF MEETING
OF THE
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Westlake, Texas will meet at 6:00 p.m.,
on Monday, November 13, 1995 at the Westlake Town Hall, 3 Village Circle, Suite 207,
Solana, in the Town of Westlake, Texas, to consider a preliminary plat filed by Realty Capitol
Corporation for a 23.22-acre tract of land in the O. B. Hendricks Survey, Abstract No. 680, to
be known as The Estates, an Addition to the Town of Westlake. (This property is located at the
Southeast corner of Pearson Road's intersection with Bove Road.)
