Memo
To: Honorable Members of the Board of Aldermen
From: Scott Bradley, Mayor
Subject: Board of Trustees Special Called Meeting—9-24-07
Consideration of hiring a consultant to conduct exit interviews.
Date: September 18, 2007
For your information and in connection with prior discussions, this item is for
consideration of hiring a consultant to perform exit interviews with families that no
longer attend the school. I am enclosing a cop; of each of the following questionnaires
that were used by the consultant performing the 2006 interviews:
1) Teacher/Other;
2) Westlake Academy Parent.
Questions we should address at the meeting are:
1) Does the Board wish to employ a consultant to perform exit interviews?
2) Does the Board wish to employ the same consultant hired for the 2006 process
or consider a different consultant?
Thank you.
