NOTICE OF A SCHOOL BOARD MEETING WISTL KE
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the School Board of the Westlake Academy will meet at 6:00 p.m. on
Monday,November 22, 2004, in the Boardroom of the Town Hall, located at 2650 J.T. Ottinger Road,
in the Town of Westlake, Texas. The Board will consider the following agenda:
1. Meeting called to order and announce a quorum
2. EXECUTIVE SESSION.
A. The Board will conduct a closed session under Texas Government Code section 551.074 to
discuss personnel matters.
B. Reconvene into open meeting.
3. Take any necessary action with respect to Item#2 above.
4. Special Recognition:
A. Recognize PYP Consultant.
B. Present Proclamation to 6th grade students instrumental in the Book Drive.
C. Present Proclamation to Mr. Michael Garabedian for his service to the community.
5. Consent Agenda: All items listed below are considered routine by the Board and will be enacted
with one motion. There will be no separate discussion of items unless a Board member or citizen
so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the general order of business and
considered in its normal sequence.
A. Review and approve minutes of the workshop and regular meeting held on October 11, 2004.
B. Review and approve any outstanding bills.
6. Adjournment.

2650 J.T. Ottinger Road, Westlake, Texas, on Friday,November 19, 2004, at 3:00 p.m., under the Open
Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.

Government Code to discuss any item posted on the agenda
