NOTICE OF A SPECIAL SCHOOL BOARD MEETING WEES rT" E
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF 'WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the School Board of the Westlake Academy will meet at 4:00 p.m. on
Monday, April 19, 2004, in the Boardroom of the Town Hall, located at 2650 J.T. Ottinger Road, in the
Town of Westlake, Texas. The Board will consider the following agenda:
1. Meeting called to order and announce a quorum
2. EXECUTIVE SESSION.
A. The Board will conduct a closed session under Texas Government Code section 551.074 to
discuss personnel matters.
B. Reconvene into open meeting.
3. Take any necessary action with respect to Item 92 above.
4. Adjournment.

I certify that the above notice was posted on the front door of the Town Hall of the Town of Westlake,
2650 J.T. Ottinger Road, Westlake, Texas, on Friday, April 16, 2004, at 4:00 p.m., under the Open
Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.

Government Code to discuss any item posted on the agenda
