NOTICE OF SCHOOL BOARD MEETING
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the School Board of the Westlake Academy, will meet at 6:45 p.m. on Monday,
February 24, 2403, in Suite 207, 3 Village Circle, in the Town of Westlake, Texas. The Board will
consider the following agenda:
1. Meeting called to order and announce a quorum
2. Review and approve minutes from the meeting held on February 10, 2003.
3. EXECUTIVE SESSION.
A. The Board will conduct a closed session under Texas Government Code section 551.074 to
discuss personnel matters.
B. Reconvene into open meeting.
4. Take any necessary action with respect to any of the pending matters in Item.#3 above.
5. Adjournment.

I certify that the above notice was posted on the front door of the Town Hall of the Town of Westlake, 3
Village Circle, Suite 207, Westlake, Texas, on Friday, February 21, 2003, at 5:00 p.m., under the Open
Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.

Government Code to discuss any item posted on the agenda
