TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the School Board of the Westlake Academy,will meet at 5:00 p.m. on Monday,
February 10, 2003, in Suite 207, 3 Village Circle, in the Town of Westlake,Texas. The Board will
consider the following agenda:
1. Meeting called to order and announce a quorum
2. EXECUTIVE SESSION.
A. The Board will conduct a closed session under Texas Government Code section 551.074 to
discuss personnel matters.
B. Reconvene into open meeting and take any necessary action.
3. Review and approve minutes from the meetings held on January 27, 2003, January 31, 2003 and
February 3, 2003.
4. Adjournment.

I certify that the above notice was posted on the front door of the Town Hall of the Town of Westlake, 3
Village Circle, Suite 207, Westlake, Texas, on Friday, February 7, 2003, at 5:00 p.m., under the Open
Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.

Government Code to discuss any item posted on the agenda
