Please choose only one campus to review for the Quality Framework pilot program. Answer all data at campus level, unless the information can only be found at the district level. 2. It is helpful to have these Items to have on hand: * AEIS Report * Survey data, if available, relating to stakeholder and staff satisfaction * Financial data 3. In the sections where "statements of effectiveness" are listed, please place an "X" in the column labeled "Response" next to those you feel are consistant y true. 4. in the sections marked QM (quantitative measure), place an "X" under the range in which your results fall. If you do not gather that data,please leave that section blank. S. If you see a reference to a survey, plan, or other document that you currently do not have, please note in the margin to the right that you are in need of a template, sample, or tool as it relates to that indicator. 6. if you find any terms or sections confusing, do not hesitate to call, but also please note it in the margins so that it can be edited in the future online version. 7.
