NOTICE OF MEETING
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Westlake, Texas will
hold a meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 18, 2004, at the Westlake Town Hall, 2650 J.T.
Ottinger Road, in the Town of Westlake, Texas, to consider the following agenda
1. Meeting called to order and announce a quorum.
2. Review and approve the minutes of the meeting held on February 26, 2004.
3. Conduct a Public Hearing and take any appropriate action regarding an application for a specific
use pearnnnit for a private water well to be located at 1730 J.T. Ottinger Road.
4. Conduct a Public Hearing and take any appropriate action regarding an amendment to the zoning
for PD -3-3.
5. Adjournment.

Road, Westlake, Texas, on Monday, March 15, 2004, at 5:00 p.m., under the Open Meetings Act,
